Welcome to Photo Jane Studios! 

Hi! my name is Juliet, I am the owner/founder and photographer for Photo Jane Studios. I began photographing professionally on a freelance basis in 1984. Believe it or not, in a darkroom.  In 2006 I opened Photo Jane Studios in in Bel Air, Maryland, Harford County to provide full-time photography services to the community.  The Studios current location is in Forest Hill, MD.

My portrait customers are provided with an enjoyable both outdoor and Studio photography experience to go with the resulting pictures they are proud to display!  My style is is clean and focuses on the subject and their story.  I believe that the session experience reflects directly on the resulting images.  That is why I strive for an all around fun, relaxing and positive time for all! 

My commercial and marketing photography is a vital part of my success and is frequently published, most recently on the pages of “It’s Happening” a HCC publication. You have probably come by my work in I-95 magazine, Harford Style Magazine, Harford Heart Magazine as well as on the sides of buses, billboards and more!

Together we will design your wardrobe as well as any others included with your session. We will create a plan for the session that will fulfill your desires. Whether your a framed art on the wall kind of person or a Folio or Album kind of person, These will be the pictures that you will want displayed for all of your visitors to see as well as the perfect gifts for family.

You have options and do not have to use the school photographer.

Drape and tux is provided.  School Yearbook submission is included.

Every year I photograph a multitude of senior high school students who are home schooled or who are attending our public and private schools such as; Bel Air High School, Fallston High School, North Harford High School, Patterson Mill High School,  Harford Technical High School, C Milton Wright High School, John Carroll High School, Aberdeen High School, Edgewood High School, Havre de Grace High School, The Highlands School, St. James Academy and more. 

My Senior sessions are designed to enhance the High School senior year experience.  I tailer each session to their individual personality. I strive to tell a story about what being in this stage of life is about for them, resulting in a, once in a lifetime, time capsule of their “coming of age” time of life.

Hair & Makeup is available to enrich your session experience. Each session begins with some time to get acquainted and to create together our course for the session. We will work and play together as a team to capture authentic wonderful moments!

Photo Jane Studios is a brick and mortar Studio facility that is conveniently located in the town of Forest Hill near Bel Air.   Additionally, the studio is located within walking distance to beautiful parks an architectural structures that offer a variety of gorgeous  outdoor  opportunities. If desired, we also can arrange a session at your home or business location.
